Our Program
Orientation
Mentorships are formal, structured relationships that require a brief orientation. Our mentorship orientation takes about 1 hour. It consists of 2 videos, a 20-minute read, and a 14 question assessment. The orientation is the same for mentors and mentees.
Introductions
When possible, you will be matched with the person who shares similar preferences, time zone, and career track.
Expectations
You will establish goals, meeting frequency and discussion mode before your first meeting. This form will help you get acquainted and have productive conversations.
